Written Programs
This is your roadmap to success. If attention isn’t paid to your written program you could be signing your employees up for redundant work or worse you could be leaving gaps in your program making it hard for employees to understand what they’re supposed to do. A good written program should be short, sweet, simple, and tailored to your specific business. Taking a program off the shelf from a steel mill and giving it to a semiconductor manufacturer is the last thing we want to do.

Once your new energy control procedures are in place it is important to keep an eye on them and make sure they are still accurate and helpful. This is a simple annual process that can keep both your program and employees up-to-date and OSHA compliant. If you’re expanding and modifying your facilities don’t let your growth be a weak point in your LOTO Program.
