Customized Safety Solutions To Fit Your Needs

Written Programs

A well-crafted written program can lay out the guidelines for your enterprise to effortlessly incorporate Lockout Tagout into your daily operations. It should be informative enough to help employees know what to do in the middle of the night and be straightforward and easy to follow.

Energy Control Procedures

Visual and descriptive energy control procedures for your specific pieces of equipment can guide your employees through the lockout process with ease. Our software allows for these procedures to be secured on our servers, yet still be accessible to an outside service contractor you called to your facility in the middle of the night.

LOTO Training

Engaging and interactive training conducted by our instructors serves to not only fill your training requirements, but to convey your program to your employees in a manner that is collaborative and effective.

Our Process

01

Identify Scope & Assess Site

Our skilled consultants will work with you or your site leadership to determine which area, building, or campus you want covered and if there are any specific pieces of equipment that require emphasis.

02

Identify Equipment

The consultants will then work to identify equipment within the scope of the project and evaluate that equipment for any energy sources and stored energy. These include but aren’t limited to: electrical feeds, control circuits 50 volts or greater, pneumatic feeds, accumulator tanks, capacitors, battery systems, heavy components requiring blocking, etc.

03

Tag Energy Sources & Collect Data

At this point consultants will place unique identifying tags on isolation devices pertaining to the equipment. These tags will be unique to the area/building/campus in which they are posted to avoid any employee confusion with similar isolation points. Equipment and isolation points will be photographed and information input into our proprietary procedure writing software.

04

Delivery & Closeout

Once all information has been collected on site and entered into the software the Energy Control Procedures will be generated. From here the determination will be made as to the best course of action for communicating the procedures to authorized employees. Options for delivery can include: posting procedures directly on or adjacent to equipment, printing procedures and placing in a binder, affixing a QR tag directly on or adjacent to equipment to access the most up to date digital version of the procedure, or integrating the digital format into your CMMS or ERP software. There are a multitude of ways to deliver the procedures, but we seek to find the best option for your operation.
